给予桂枝汤的大鼠血清灭活对HSV-1致细胞病变的影响

摘　　要：将灌服桂枝汤后大鼠血清灭活，观察灭活前后血清对ＨＳＶ－１ 致ＣＰＥ的作用。结论是在以给药后的动物血清进行体外试验时，①要设正常动物血清对照，以观察正常动物血清本身的作用，②采用灭活后的含药血清为好，以去除血清中抗体与补体。③可根据中药复方的特点，以相当于临床等效剂量为中心，多设几个剂量组，以便正确判断含药血清的真正药效。The drug-containing sera from the rats with oral administration of Guizhi-Tang were inactivated.The effects of the sera with or without inactivation were investigated on HSV\|1\|induced CPE action.The result showed that the following measures should be taken when the sera of animals post\|administration of Chinese medicine were used in an in vitro study:(1)A serum control should be set to establish the effect of serum itself on the study system.(2)It could be better to use inactivated drug-containing sera because the antibody and complement of the sera could be eliminated after inactivation.(3)More doses considering the clinical equivalent effect\|dose as the middle one should be designed according to the characteristics of Chinese prescription to correctly evaluate the real effect of drug-containing sera.
