中药复方血清药理研究方法学探讨——Ⅳ

摘　　要：家兔灌胃桂枝汤，１ 日１ 次，连续３ｄ 给药以及１ 日２ 次，连续３ｄ 给药，末次给药后０．５～９ｈ 采血，分离血清，观察各含药血清对病毒致细胞病变作用的影响。结果：上述各方法制备的含药血清抗副流感病毒致ＣＰＥ作用所表现出的有效时间点分别为：无明显有效时间点、４～５ｈ、２ｈ、５～７ｈ、１～６ｈ，１ 日２ 次给药３ｄ 及１日３ 次给药后采集的含药血清可引起培养细胞明显的退行性改变。Rabbits were dosed with Guizhi Tang once,twice and three times a day for one,two and three days,respectively.The rabbit blood was sampled after 0\^5 to 9 hours of last dosing and serum was separated.Inhibitory effect of the contained\|herb serum on cytopathy was observed.Compared with normal serum,the contained\|herb serum of single dosing showed no inhibitory effect on cytopathy.The serum sampled from the 4th to 5th hour when dosing once a day for two day and that at the 2nd hour when dosing once a day for three days markedly showed inhibitory effect on cytopathy.The serum sampled from the 5th to 7th hour when dosing twice a day for one day and that from the 1st to 6th hour when dosing twice a day for two days also showed inhibitory effect on cytopathy.But when dosing twice a day for three days or three times a day,the serum sampled after administration could cause clear degeneration of culture cells.
