摘　　要：目的　分析肾结核的X线、B超及CT表现,评价它们对肾结核的诊断价值。方法　回顾分析76例肾结核,全部病例作了KUB+IVP及B超检查,69例行CT扫描。结果　诸影像手段不同程度显示了肾结核的形态改变或肾功能,KUB+IVP诊断正确率434%,B超诊断正确率645%,CT诊断正确率898%。结论　B超与X线检查各有优缺点,两者宜相互补充,CT的影像学价值较前两者更胜一筹,当影像表现不典型时,定性仍需密切结合临床。Objective To evaluate the imaging features and the diagnostic value of conventional radiography,sonography and CT in renal tuberculosis. Methods Imaging findings in 76 patients with proven renal tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results All kinds of imaging techniques showed morphologic information and functional status in varying degrees.The accuracy of diagnosis in radiography,sonography and CT were respectively 43.4%,64.5% and 89.8%. Conclusion Sonography in combination with conventional radiography should be the initial imaging modalities for renal tuberculosis supplemented if necessary by CT, but CT is superior to radiography and sonography.
