摘 要:目的 比较许氏位和许氏改良位两种方法的应用价值。方法 颅骨标本一具,行许氏位和许氏改良位投照。99例正常成人,其中男50例,女49例,年龄16~22岁(平均20岁)。48侧行许氏位投照为一组,150侧许氏改良位投照为另一组。结果 X线片质量按一类(优),二类(良好),三类(差)分类方法进行分析。许氏改良位组,一类片占8267%,二类片占1067%,三类片占667%。许氏位组,一类片占3750%,二类片占2917%,三类片占3333%。统计学比较χ2=4049。P<0001,差别显著。结论 许氏改良位是显示颞凳关节诸结构的好方法。Objective To compare the clinical value of Schuller's position and modified Schuller's position radiographs. Methods One sample of cranial bone,99 adult persons including 50 men and 49 femen,age of 16~22 year old(mean age 20 year old )were taken 48 Schuller's position radiographs and 150 modified Schuller's position radiographs.Results 3 claass radiographs(first better,Second good and third class bad radiographs)were divided depended on the radiograph quality.The modified Schuller's position radiographs were first class 82.67%,second class 10.67% and third class 6.67% seperately.The Schuller's position radiographs were first class 37.5%,second class 29.1%,third class 33.33% seperately.There is marked statistics differential between the modified Schuller's position and Schuller's position radiographs ( χ 2=40.49, P <0 001). Conclusion Modified Schuller's position radiographs were a good projection method to display the tatol structures of temporo mandanbular joint. [
