摘　　要：目的:评价我院近3年抗糖尿病药使用情况及未来趋势。方法:采用品种统计、销售金额排序、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)及同步性统计等参数,对我院2008—2010年抗糖尿病药使用情况进行统计分析。结果:我院抗糖尿病药销售金额年均上升32.12%,胰岛素位居榜首。抗糖尿病药同步性较好,比值≥1者占71.40%。结论:我院使用抗糖尿病药结果分析显示其符合糖尿病用药发展趋势,使用情况基本合理。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the status quo and trend of the utilization of antidiabetic drugs in our hospital in recent three years.METHODS： The utilization of antidiabetic drugs in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 was analyzed statistically in respect of its categories,consumption sum,DDDs,DDC and their synchronism.RESULTS： The consumption sum of antidiabetic drugs in our hospital showed an annual increase of 32.12%,with insulin taking the lead.The antidiabetic drugs were well-synchronized,with 75.40% showing synchronism ratio of≥1.CONCLUSION： The utilization of antidiabetic drugs in our hospital was rational on the whole and it is in line with the utilization tendency of antidiabetic drugs.
