摘　　要：目的:介绍复旦大学附属肿瘤医院特殊使用类抗菌药物审批制度,评价审批制度实施成效。方法:统计2010—2011年我院特殊使用类抗菌药物审批制度实施前后临床使用的变化。结果:特殊使用类抗菌药物审批制度实施后,我院特殊使用类抗菌药物总量下降82.58%,用药频度下降87.46%。结论:我院特殊使用类抗菌药物审批制度成效显著,目前正在进一步完善和深化。OBJECTIVE： To introduce the examination ＆ approval system on antibiotics for special use in Fudan University Affiliated Tumor Hospital and evaluate the implementation efficacy of this system.METHODS： The use of antibiotics for special use in our hospital before and after the implementation of the examination ＆ approval system during 2010-2011 period was analyzed.RESULTS： After implementation of this system,the consumption amount of antibiotics dropped by 82.58% and the DDDs of which dropped by 87.46%.CONCLUSION： The examination ＆ approval system on antibiotics for special use in Fudan University Affiliated Tumor Hospital achieved remarkable efficacy and it is undergoing further perfecting and deepening.
