摘　　要：目的 探讨驻疆某部新兵入伍军事训练考核前的焦虑抑郁状况,为做好新兵心理卫生工作提供依据.方法 对驻疆某部241名新兵于军事训练考核前采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表进行测评分析.结果 驻疆新兵入伍军事训练考核前焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均显著高于中国军人常模（P＜0.05或0.01）;焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分与新兵文化程度和年龄呈显著负相关（P＜0.05）,抑郁自评量表评分与户籍呈显著正相关（P＜0.05）.结论 驻疆某部新兵入伍军事训练考核前存在一定程度的焦虑抑郁情绪,部队对新兵入伍军事训练考核全面准备的同时,应重视新兵的心理健康教育和心理调适能力训练,以提高其心理健康水平.Objective To explore anxiety depression status before enlistment military training check-up among recruits of a certain unit stationing at Xinjiang in order to provide basis for developing recruits＇ men tal health work. Methods Assessments were carried out with the Self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） in 241 recruits of a certain unit stationing at Xinjiang before enlistment military training check-up. Results The SAS and SDS score in the recruits before military training are significantly higher than compared with Chinese soldier norm （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） ; the SAS and SDS score were significantly negatively related to their educational levels and ages （P〈0.05）, the SDS score was significantly positively to census register （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The recruits of a certain unit stationing at Xinjiang have a certain extent of anxiety depression emotion before military training check-up, attention should be paid to recruits＇ mental health education and psychological adjustment ability training in order to improve their mental health level at the same time of comprehensive preparation for enlistment military training check-up.
