大学生宿舍人际关系与归因相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨当代大学生宿舍人际关系特征及其与人际关系归因的相关性,为高校管理部门开展心理健康教育工作提供理论依据.方法 采用大学生宿舍人际关系调查问卷和多维度-多归因因果量表中的人际关系归因分量表对401名大学生进行调查分析.结果 大学生宿舍人际关系调查问卷人际和谐性与人际亲融性评分较高;男生人际冲突性、人际扰他性因子分显著高于女生（P＜0.01）,人际亲融性因子分显著低于女生（P＜0.05）;不同年级大学生人际冲突性因子分差异有显著性（P＜0.05）;人际冲突性、人际扰他性因子分与多维度-多归因因果量表人际关系归因的能力、运气、情境维度评分呈显著正相关（P＜0.01）,人际和谐性、人际亲融性因子分与努力维度评分呈显著正相关（P＜0.01）;人际关系归因的能力和运气维度评分对人际冲突性、人际扰他性因子分有显著预测作用,努力维度对人际冲突性、人际和谐性、人际亲融性因子分有显著预测作用.结论 大学生宿舍人际关系状况良好,存在一定程度的性别和年级差异,人际关系归因对其产生一定影响.Objective To explore the characteristics of college students＇ dormitory interpersonal relationship and its correlation with interpersonal relationship attribution in order to provide basis mental health education. Methods Surveys and analyses were carried out in 401 college students with the Questionnaire of College Students＇ Dormitory Interpersonal Relationship （QCSDIR） and the Interpersonal Relationship subscale of the Multidimentional-Multiattributional Causality Scale （MMCS）. Results The scores of harmony and cohesion were higher; conflict and interference score were significant higher （P〈0.01） and cohesion lower （P〈0.05） in male than in female students; there were significant differences in conflict score among various grades of students （P〈0.05）; conflict and interference score were significantly positively related to ability, luck and situation score of the MMCS （P〈0.01）, and harmony and cohesion to effort （P〈0.01）; ability and luck score had a notable predictive action on conflict and interference score and effort on conflict, harmony and cohesion. Conclusion College students＇ dormitory interpersonal relation ships are better, have certain extent of gender and grade differences and interpersonal relationship attribution has certain influence on college students＇ dormitory interpersonal relationships.
