摘 要:目的了解湖北省中学生艾滋病(AIDS)认知和健康教育的研究现状,明确湖北省将艾滋病预防知识纳入中高考的实施效果。方法采用问卷调查的方法。结果共调查1 272名中学生,总体正确率为73.5%,较低于高发区和示范区,但高于其他地区;90%以上的学生对艾滋病预防意识较强;71.5%的学生选择关心和帮助艾滋病感染者;学生喜欢的教育形式较分散;知识与态度成正相关,与行为相关性较小。结论湖北省将艾滋病防治知识纳入中高考的政策措施,能够对中学生艾滋病健康教育起到积极的作用,但在教育的全面性和教育形式方面还需要进一步加强。Objective To understand the situation of AIDS related health education among middle students in Hubei province, and to clarify the effectiveness of integrating AIDS related knowledge into middle school and college entrance examinations. Methods Questionnaire survey was employed to collect re!.ated data. Results Among 1 272 middle school students, the overall accuracy rate of AIDS related knowledge was 73.5%, which was lower than in AIDS endemic and demonstration areas, but higher than in other areas. More than 90% of the students had strong awareness of AIDS prevention, 71.5% of them were willing to give care for and help to people living with HIV/AIDS. Students preferred a decentralized model of education. Knowledge was positively correlated with attitude, but was less with behavior. Conclusion The policy of integrating AIDS related knowledge into middle school and college entrance examinations will play a positive role, but comprehensive education and appropriate models of education should be further strengthened.
