43例慢性再生障碍性贫血合并妊娠临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :评价慢性再生障碍性贫血孕妇 Hb水平与胎儿胎龄的关系。方法 :临床资料分析总结。结果 :43例 18～ 45岁慢性再障妇女合并妊娠 97例次 ,平均受孕 2 .2 6次 ,Hb≤ 40 g/L的孕妇所孕胎儿 5 0个全部胎死宫内 ,胎龄均 <2 8周 ;Hb40～ 5 0 g/L 者所孕胎儿 2 2个均系早产儿 (胎龄 32～ 37周 ) ;Hb>5 0 g/L 者所孕的 2 5个胎儿均为足月分娩。结论 :孕妇 Hb水平与胎儿胎龄密切相关 ,孕妇 Hb>5 0 g/LObjective:To evaluate the relationship between hemoglobin(Hb) levels of pregnant woman with chronic aplastic anemia and gestational age of fetuses.Methods:Stastic aralysis of clinical cases.Results:43 cases (of age 18 to 45 years) chronic Aplastic Anemia loupricate pregnancy 97 times,mean pregnant 2.26 times,50 cases fetuses of the pregnant woman for the pregnane woman whose Hb level less than 408/L were Hb<40 g/L,all died in uterus, and gestational age was shorter than 28 weeks. 22 cases fetuses whose′s Hb were 40～50 g/L is premature infant (gestatinonal age 32～37 weeks),25 cases fetuses of the pregnant woman of Hb>50 g/L is full terme pregnancy.Conclusion:Significant linear correlations exists between Hb levels of pregnant woman with gestational age of fetuses,Hb>50 g/L may be a safer demarca for fetuses.
