摘　　要：从东道国技术创新能力的视角,构建了研发活动影响FDI经济增长效应的理论模型,运用2000—2008年中国30个省、市、自治区的面板数据实证检验了研发活动在推动FDI促进我国经济增长过程中的重要作用。实证检验结果表明,FDI对我国经济增长的促进作用受到技术创新能力的限制,而且技术创新能力对于我国东、中、西部地区FDI经济增长效应的影响存在明显的区域性差异。From the perspective of technology innovation capability,this paper constructs a theory model which demonstrates the role of RD in the process of FDI prompting economic growth.The empirical analysis based on the panel data of 30 provinces during 2000—2008 shows that whether FDI could economic growth depends on the technology innovation capability,and the influence of technology innovation capability upon FDI promoting economic growth is very different in eastern,central and western areas in China.
