脑卒中患者主要照顾者知信行问卷的编制

摘　　要：目的编制脑卒中患者主要照顾者的知识、信念及行为问卷,并对该问卷条目进行筛选。方法在文献查阅、实地调查及专家咨询的基础上,编制脑卒中患者主要照顾者的知识、信念及行为的初始问卷,然后用7种筛选问卷条目的方法联合进行条目筛选。结果共删除24个条目,由保留的60个条目构成脑卒中患者主要照顾者知信行问卷,包括3个分问卷。其中知识分问卷37个条目,信念分问卷12个条目,行为分问卷11个条目。该问卷条目具有较好的敏感性、独立性、代表性。结论编制的脑卒中患者主要照顾者知信行问卷较好地反映了初步设计的理论构想。Objective To develop a questionnaire to measure the-stroke related knowledge, attitude, and practice of primary caregivers based on the background of the Chinese culture. Methods The stroke related knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire was established by literature review, investigation and consultation, and combining the different results of statistical analysis,including t-test, correlate analysis 1 and 2,Cronbach＇s ot coefficient, communalities analysis, factor analysis and clinical experiences. Results Totally 24 items were deleted. The questionnaire was composed of 60 items and three sub- questionnaires. The three sub--questionnaires were Knowledge（37 items）,Attitudes（12 items）,and Behavior（11 items）. The analysis on the available data showed that the sensitiveness, independence and representation of the questionnaire were good. Conclusion The questionnaire to measure the stroke related knowledge-attitude-practice of primary caregivers reflects the preliminary design construct.
