摘 要:随着页岩气、煤层气等的开发,出现了越来越多的低温井。目前国内常用的破胶剂只适用于温度在50℃以上地层的压裂液破胶,因此需要研发一种能应用于20℃左右的低温破胶剂。根据破胶剂的破胶机理,在室内研制了一种针对新型清洁压裂液的氧化还原体系破胶剂GMD。并应用流变学原理,通过储能模量和耗能模量在破胶过程中的变化研究了压裂液的破胶情况。研究发现,结果与传统的用粘度表征破胶情况结果一致,该破胶剂的研制对低温储层改造具有一定的指导意义。With the development of shale gas and coal seam gas,there are more and more low-temperature wells.At present domestic gel breaker only applies to temperature above 50℃in formation,therefore it is necessary to develop a novel low-temperature breaker that can be applied at about 20℃in formation.According to the mechanism of breaker,a new redox system of clean fracturing fluid gel breaker GMD is developed in laboratry.By applying rheological principles, through the changes of the storage modulus and loss modulus in the process of fracturing fluid break,the gel breaking is studied.The results are consistent with traditional characterization of viscosity break.The development of the low -temperature breakr has a certain significance for the reconstruction of low temperature reservoirs.
