摘  要:目的:探讨糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)患者血清Cys-C、尿mAlb和血小板GMP-140水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析、胶乳增强免疫比浊法和生化法对32例DN患者进行了Cys-C、尿mAlb和血小板GMP-140的检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:DN患者血清Cys-C和尿液Alb及血小板GMP-140水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),且血清Cys-C水平与尿mAlb、血小板GMP-140水平呈显著正相关(r=0.5642、0.6038,P<0.01)。结论:检测DN患者血清Cys-C、尿mAlb和血小板GMP-140水平的变化对了解病情、观察疗效和预后判断均有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum Cys-C, Urine mAlb and Platelet GMP-140 levels in patients with DN. Methods Serum Cys-C (with latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetry assay), urine mAlb (with biochemistry) and platelet GMP-140 (with radioimmunoassay) levels were measured in 32 DN patients and 35 normal healthy controls. Results: Serum Cys-C, urine mAlb and platelet GMP-140 levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in controls (P 〈 0.01 ). Serum Cys- C level was positively correlated with urine mAlb, platelet GMP-140 ( r = 0. 5642,0. 6038, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Detection of the changes of serum Cys-C , urine mAlb and platelet GMP-140 might be helpful to realize pathosis, therapeutic efficacy and prognosis, therefore, play an important role clinically.
