摘 要:目的:探讨联合丙型肝炎病毒核心抗原(HCV-cAg)及抗-HCV抗体酶联免疫检测对丙型肝炎实验室诊断的应用价值。方法:289份血清标本按抗-HCV阳性、弱阳性、阴性及HCV-cAg阳性、弱阳性及阴性分组,用PCR扩增法检测其HCV RNA含量。结果:单项抗-HCV阳性及弱阳性标本其HCV RNA检测阳性符合率分别为87.7%和70%。联合抗-HCV和HCV-cAg酶联免疫检测结果为阳性或弱阳性者其HCV RNA阳性符合率均>90%。结论:酶联免疫方法联合检测抗-HCV及HCV-cAg,有利于HCV感染的早期诊断,提高其检出率,缩短窗口期,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the dLiagnositic value of combined determination of serum anti-HCV and HCV core antigen with ELISA. Methods HCV RNA was detected further in 289 serum samples grouped according to positive or weak positive results of determining anti-HCV or HCVcAg with ELISA. Results 164 cases were positive in HCV RNA among in 187 anti-HCV positive serum samples(87.7% ) and 49 cases were positive in HCV RNA among in 69 anti-HCV weak positive samples(70% ) respectively. Howev- er, all of the positive rate( 〉90% ) of HCV RNA among combined anti-HCV weak positive or positive with HCV-cAg weak positive or positive samples were higher than others. Conclusion Combined ELISA-anti-HCV antibody with ELISA-HCV core antigen detection was useful for early diagnosis, improving diagnosis rate and to shorten the window period.
