摘　　要：[目的]旨在阐明并非所有证型的头痛均应使用川芎。[方法]通过列举古代、现代医家关于川芎治疗头痛的说法、用法,并以临床案例加以佐证。[结果]川芎在治疗肝阳上亢、肝火上炎型头痛时可引动气血上行,导致头痛加重。[结论]临床上使用川芎当需辨清证型,慎重使用。[Objective] It aims to state that all types of headache don＇t use Ligusticum. [Method] By listing ancient and modem doctors＇ methods of treating Ligusticum, take clinical cases for evidence. [ Result] Ligusticum can induce Qi and blood upward causing severe headache in types of hyperactive liver Yang and liver fire flaming. [Conclusions] Clinically using Ligusticum needs differentiating syndromes and being careful.
