摘 要:研究了生活垃圾堆肥草皮基质中添加稀土和保水剂对高羊茅萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,添加一定浓度稀土和保水剂对高羊茅种子的萌发及幼苗生长均有促进作用。从种子萌发来看,低浓度的硝酸镧和高浓度的硝酸铈作用相当。硝酸镧用量在0.2g.kg-1时效果最佳,高羊茅发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数分别比对照提高了27.9%、32.7%和34.5%。随着幼苗的生长,硝酸镧和硝酸铈各处理对高羊茅地上生物量及株高影响差异不明显。从叶绿素含量来看,硝酸铈高浓度下效果最好,叶绿素a和总叶绿素含量分别高出对照15.4%和14.3%。两种粒径保水剂对高羊茅萌发、地上生物量及根系生长均表现出低浓度处理优于高浓度处理。Municipal solid waste compost was used as turfgrass medium and rare earths and water-retaining agent were added.The effects of rare earths and water-retaining agent on seed germination and seedling growth of F.arundinacea were investigated.The results showed that rare earths and water-retaining agent could promote seed germination and seedling growth of F.arundinacea.Lanthanum nitrate at low concentrations had similar impact on seed germination with cerium nitrate at high concentrations.Lanthanum nitrate at 0.2 g·kg-1 achieved the best results,increasing germination rate,germination index and vigor index of F.arundinacea by 27.9%,32.7% and 34.5% respectively,compared with control.Different concentrations of lanthanum nitrate and cerium nitrate had little effect on aboveground biomass and plant height.The highest chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll contents were found at 0.6 g·kg-1 cerium nitrate,which were 15.4% and 14.3%,respectively higher than control.Low concentration of two particle sizes of water-retaining agents had better effects on seed germination,aboveground biomass and root growth than high concentration.
