摘  要:分析了中国供电可靠性统计的现状 ,提出了市场经济条件下加强和改进供电可靠性管理、实现向点多面广的低压网络扩延的基本思路、方案和途径。低压用户是可靠性统计的基本单位。对用户停电时间的采集和采集后的信息处理是低压可靠性统计的两个关键问题。开发研制的系统 ,依托可靠的通信手段和计算机技术 ,自动采集低压用户停电时间并进行统计和管理。该系统在山东省日照电业局投入使用以来 ,运行可靠 ,它具有准确。The present situation of power supply reliability statistics in China is analyzed in this paper. To enhance and improve the management of power supply reliability under the market economy, and to implement the extension of power supply reliability management through to low voltage network, the basic train of thought, project and concrete way for this purpose is put forward.The collection of power supply interruption time and the data processing after the collection are two key problems in low voltage supply reliability statistics. By use of system presented herein in which the reliable communication means and modern computer technique are applied, the power supply interruption time of low voltage customers can be automatically collected, then the statistics and management of collected data can be carried out. The on site experience shows that this system is reliable, accurate, and efficiency.
