Deep球囊血管成形联合动脉灌注治疗糖尿病足17例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价Deep球囊血管成形联合动脉灌注治疗糖尿病足的临床价值。方法将34例糖尿病足患者随机分为两组:研究组(n=17)进行经皮腔内血管成形术(PTA)联合动脉灌注治疗;对照组(n=17)接受局部清创、抗生素及胰岛素等常规治疗。对两组追踪观察6～9个月。结果研究组总有效率为86.96%,对照组总有效率为60.87%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Deep球囊血管成形联合动脉灌注治疗糖尿病足的疗效优于常规治疗,可以大大降低患者的病残率。Objective To appraise the clinical efficacy of PTA by Deep balloon combined with TAI in patients with diabetic foot. Methods Thirty four patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into two groups-test group （n = 17） , the patients underwent PTA by deep balloon combined with TAI and control group （n = 17 ）, the patients underwent routine treatment, such as debridement, antibiotics and insulin . All the patients were follow up for 6 - 9 months. Results The total effective rate was 86.96% in test group and 60.87% in control group, There was a significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05） ）. Conclusion The curative effect of PTA by deep balloon combined with TAI was better than the routine treatment. It could give a satisfactory prognosis and decrease of the disability rate.
