摘　　要：目的探讨EV71型手足口病(HFMD)患儿细胞免疫功能的变化。方法采用流式细胞仪检测EV71型HFMD患儿外周血T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞和NK细胞亚群的百分比。结果共检测90例HFMD患儿,其中56例为普通患儿,34例为重症患儿;以23例腹股沟斜疝患儿作为对照组。EV71型HFMD患儿的CD3+、CD3+CD4+以及CD3-CD16+CD56+淋巴细胞亚群的百分比均较对照组下降,且重症患儿低于普通患儿,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);HFMD患儿的CD3-CD19+和CD19+CD23+淋巴细胞亚群百分比均较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),重症患儿与普通患儿之间的差异无统计学意义。结论 EV71型HFMD患儿存在细胞免疫功能紊乱。Objective To approach variance of cellular immunological function of hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）with enterovirus 71（EV71）in children.Methods A total of 90 confirmed cases with EV71 infection,from January 2011 to June 2011,were divided into two groups,severe group and common group.They were diagnosed according to the criteria of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of China.Indirect inguinal hernia was selected as control group.Their cellular immunity functions were tested with flow cytometry.Results Percentage of CD3^＋,CD3^＋CD4^＋ and CD^3-CD16^＋CD56^＋ subsets decreased obviously in severe group and common group,concurrently,severe group lower than common group（P 〈 0.05）.Percentage of CD3^-CD19^＋,CD19^＋CD23^＋ subsets significantly increased in severe and common groups,compared with control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions EV71 infection has obvious disorder in their cellular immunity function.CD3^＋,CD3^＋CD4^＋,CD3-CD16^＋CD56^＋ can be selected as index of severe HFMD.
