摘 要:对4DA1柴油机缸体砂眼缺陷产生的原因进行了分析,发现除浇注系统设计不合理外,喷涂涂料对缺陷产生也有较大的影响。针对于此,提出了解决的对策:改进浇注系统,同时整改组芯工艺,使芯撑不沾上涂料,并在下芯时严格控制散砂。整改以后缸体的上表面缺陷以及机加工缸筒砂眼已经得到了有效的控制,缸筒砂眼发生率由原来的20%降到3%以下。The effect factors of sand hole flaw in 4DA1 diesel engine cylinder body were analyzed. It is found that, besides unreasonable design of gating system, spraying coating has greater impact on the defects. Aimed at those effects, the countermeasures were put forward. The gating system was improved, the processs for core assembly was modified and the coating would not be contaminated to the studs. Furthermore strewing sand was controlled strictly when the core was set. The flaws of cylinder body' s surface and cylinder after machining were controlled effectively, the sand hole's flaw of cylinder was reduced from original 20% to 3%.
