摘  要:目的探讨速度向量成像技术(VVI)评价早期新生儿左室长轴收缩功能的应用价值,了解早期新生儿左室收缩功能的变化特点。方法正常足月儿32例按日龄分为4组,于生后24、48、72、96 h内应用VVI技术动态监测其左室长轴收缩功能的变化,并记录左室12个节段收缩期峰值应变(SSmax)及应变率(SSRmax)。结果各组Ssmax、SSRmax在基底段、中间段、心尖段差异无统计学意义。组间比较:4组间左室射血分数(LVEF)差异无统计学意义,组1与组4各相应节段比较SSmax、SSRmax间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 VVI技术的应用能够客观、准确地发现早期新生儿左室长轴运动的微小变化,在新生儿左室长轴收缩功能判定中具有较好的应用价值。Objective To evaluate the value of left ventricular longitudinal myocardial function in early neonatal period by velocity vector imaging. Methods The early newborns were divided into four groups of 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 96 h, respectively and to dynamic observe left ventricular longitudinal myocardial function using velocity vector imaging, the indexes including the peak of systolic strain(SSmax), the peak of systolic strain rate(SSRmax) and the left ventri- cle ejection function(LVEF). Results These parameters, including LVEF, Ssmax, SSRmax in the apical, middle and basal of left ventricle, were not significant differences among four groups. Although all of the Ssmax, SSRmax were statistically significant differences between group 1 and 4(P〈0.01). Conclusions VVI can objectively and accurately evaluate left ventricular function in early neonatal period.
