摘  要:目的探讨超声弹性成像在甲状腺微小癌诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的32例甲状腺微小癌患者的常规超声及弹性成像声像特征,比较2种方法对甲状腺微小癌的诊断准确率。结果32例甲状腺微小癌中,常规超声诊断25例.诊断准确率为78.13%。超声弹性成像诊断30例,诊断准确率为93.75%。弹性成像诊断准确率高于常规超声(X^2=16.32,P<0.05)。结论超声弹性成像在甲状腺微小癌诊断上较常规超声更有价值。Objective To evaluate the application of ultrasonic elastography in diagnosis of thyroid microcarci- noma. Methods The images of uhrasoound and ultrasonic elastography of thirty two cases of thyroid microcarcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. The diagnostic performance of the 2 methods was evaluated. Results 25 cases were found by ultrasoound and 30 cases were observed by ultrasonic elastography. The di- agnosis accurate rate of ultrasoound and ultrasonic elastography was about 78.13% and 93.75%. The accuracy of UE was higher than that ultrasound in diagnosing thyroid microcarcinoma (X^2 = 16.32, P〈0.05). Conclusions UE has better diagnostic value than ultrasoound in the diagnosis of thyroid microearcinoma.
