摘　　要：目的总结湿性医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)治疗手外伤患者康复过程中优质护理及护理注意事项的经验体会。方法对1993年以来应用MEBT/MEBO治疗手外伤患者时护理方法进行总结,特别是对心理护理、局部护理、全身护理、出院后护理等主要护理环节进行总结。结果医疗和护理工作紧密结合,护理工作保证和促进了MEBT/MEBO对手外伤患者创面的治疗效果和康复效果。结论应用MEBT/MEBO配以优质护理服务治疗手外伤创面疗效满意,值得临床广为推广。Objective To summarize nursing care and cautions as well as the experience of MEBO in the rehabilitation of patients with a hand trauma. Methods Special attention was paid to the psychological care, topical management, systemic nursing care as well as nursing care after discharge for patients with a hand trauma treated with MEBT/MEBO in our hospital since 1993. Results Medical interventions should be closely integrated with nursing care in order to guarantee and promote the effective regenerative and recovery effects of MEBO in treating patients with a hand trauma.
