皮肤原位再生复原技术结合可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察皮肤原位再生复原技术结合可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效,并总结临床经验。方法应用皮肤原位再生复原技术结合可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑380例,根据评定标准对治疗结果进行评价。结果 380例黄褐斑患者经治疗后基本治愈272例,显效57例,好转51例,无效0例,有效率86.58%。结论皮肤原位再生复原技术结合可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑疗效确切,该技术值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBT/MEBO combined with a variable pulsed Nd：YAG laser in treating Chloasma and to summarize the clinical treatment experience. Methods 380 cases with Chloasma were treated with MEBT/MEBO combined with a variable pulsed Nd：YAG laser to evaluate the treatment efficacy based on the evaluation criteria. Results Of the 380 cases, the treatment healed 272 patients, was effective in 57 cases, improved the conditions of 51 cases, and wasn＇t ineffective in any case. An effective rate of 86. 58% was achieved. Conclusion The treatment protocol of MEBT/MEBO combined with a variable pulsed Nd：YAG laser in treating Chloasma can achieve significant therapeutic efficacy and should be popularized in clinics.
