西安城墙历史风貌保护与环城公园建设历程评介

摘　　要：介绍自建国以来,从城墙的保留、保护性修复、公园林带建设、环境整治,到城墙历史风貌环境整体保护的建设历程,以及从环城公园到城墙景区的概念演变,梳理基于对不同时期对西安城墙的保护及其历史风貌环境设计的理念与手法,评述城市历史环境"原真尺度感"和整体性"视线通达"的风貌保护原则,公众可参与性的影响力,以及与历史风貌环境协调的"林地"式设计原则。This article introduced the conservation and restoration of City Wall,the construction of green belts and environmental improvement in Xi’an since the foundation of New China.It also explored the transformation of concepts from Huancheng Park to Tang City Wall Scenic Area and illustrated different theories and design approaches for the conservation of Tang City Wall in Xi’an at different periods.It reviewed the conservation principles for the authenticity and integrity of urban historic areas,the influence of public participation and on-site design principles that were harmonized well with the surrounding historic areas.
