合理调小冲次提高油井系统效率

摘  要:安塞油田受储层低压、低渗特性制约,抽油机泵效和系统效率普遍偏低,油井维护工作量大,参考江苏油田提高系统效率的做法,结合安塞油田系统效率测试情况,进行了深入细致的对比分析,认为有必要科学合理地调小抽油机冲次,目的是有效地提高抽油机井系统效率,节能降耗,同时延长油管、杆寿命,延长油井免修期,达到降本增效的目的。Taking the modus operandi of increasing the efficiency of the system in Jiangsu oiffield as for reference, combined with the testing situation of the system efficiency of the Ansai oil field, through in-depth and detailed comparative analysis, the authors considered that it is necessary for the pumping Jack to decrease reasonably the pumping speed in order to effectively improve the system efficiency of the weli pumping unit, saving energy and reducing consumption, at the same time to extend the life-span of oil tubing and sucker rod, to extend the exemption period of the oil well, and to serve the purpose of reducing costs to increase efficiency.
