摘 要:目的:研究埃他卡林对缺氧性肺动脉高压(HPH)患者自由基代谢的影响。方法:在海拔5000 m以上高原,将110名HPH患者随机分为埃他卡林治疗组(实验组,n=74)和安慰剂对照组(n=36)。治疗前、治疗6个月后分别采血检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的含量。结果:服药前实验组较对照组SOD、MDA、NO、NOS无统计学差异(P>0.05);服药6个月后实验组较对照组SOD、NO、NOS增高,MDA降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氧自由基参与了HPH的发生发展过程,埃他卡林减轻脂质过氧化反应,是对HPH发挥保护作用的重要机制。Objective:To explore the effects of Iptkalim on free radicals metabolism in patients with hypoxic pul- monary hypertension (HPH). Methods: A total of 110 cases of HPH who stayed at the altitude of 5000 m above were randomly divided into Iptkalim group (experimental group, n = 74) and placebo group (n = 36). Contents of SOD, MDA, NO and NOS in blood were detected before and 6 months after treatment. Results:No statistical differences were found in contents of SOD, MDA, NO and NOS between the two groups before the treatment (P 〉 0.05). The contents of SOD, NO and NOS increased and the contents of MDA decreased significantly in experi- mental group 6 months after treatment compared with that in placebo group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Oxygen free radicals are implicated in the pathogenesis of HPH. Iptkalim play a protective role through reducing the lipid perox- ide reaction.
