摘 要:目的:研究微波照射对人离体牙牙本质力学性能的影响。方法:选取7对同名前磨牙,将每对同名牙按照实验要求制备成4个试件,并将其随机分为4组,对照组不做任何处理,处理组分别用40 W微波照射牙本质面3 s、5s和7 s后,应用拉力万能实验机测试其生物力学值,观察微波对牙本质力学性能的影响。结果:不同时间微波照射牙本质后,牙本质的抗压强度和比例极限没有明显的差异(P>0.05)。不同时间微波照射牙本质后,牙本质的弹性模量有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:微波照射在7s内对牙本质的抗压强度和比例极限都没有影响,不同时间微波照射后的牙本质弹性模量不同。Objective: To investigate the effect of microwave irradiation on mechanic properties of human dentin. Method: 7 pairs of premolars were extracted for orthodontic treatment. Each pair came from the same person and was prepared into 4 specimens and they were randomly divided into 4 groups, One of the groups was regarded as a control. The rest were irradiated with microwave for 3 s, 5 s or 7 s respectively. Then we measured the mechanic properties of the specimens. Result: There was no significant difference between the four groups in compressive strength and proportional limit (P 〉0.05). There was significant difference between the four groups in elastic modulus (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: MicroWave treatment doesn't influence the compressive strength and proportional limit.
