摘 要:对挤压法和"连铸-冷轧"法两种工艺生产的H65黄铜管的组织与性能进行了综合对比研究。结果表明:两种工艺下H65黄铜管成品平均晶粒尺寸相差较小,挤压法工艺约14μm,"连铸-冷轧"法工艺约18μm;"连铸-冷轧"法成品管抗拉强度为335MPa,伸长率为61%,硬度为84.7HV1.0,挤压法成品管分别为360MPa,67.5%和82.6HV1.0,均达国标要求;挤压法成品管平均偏心率约12.5%,而"连铸-冷轧"法成品管偏心率仅为6.2%,且综合成材率较挤压法提高了11%。分析表明,高效短流程的"连铸-冷轧"法H65黄铜管加工工艺具有良好的发展前景。Microstructure and properties of H65 brass tubes which were manufactured by continuous casting and cold rolling(CCR) process and extrusion process were studied and compared comprehensively.The results show that H65 brass tubes manufactured through these processes have the similar grain size.Average grain size of products by extrusion process is about 14μm,while products by CCR process is about 18μm.Products of CCR process have great mechanical properties for its σb reaches 335MPa,δ approaches 61%,hardness is 84.7HV1.0,so as the product of extrusion process,the tensile strength,elongation and hardness reach 360 MPa,67.5% and 82.6HV1.0,respectively.They all have reached the national standard.Average eccentricity of product by extrusion process is 12.5%.However,the average eccentricity of products by CCR process is only 6.2%,its finished product rate increased by 11% compared with extrusion process.The CCR process of H65 brass manufacturing method with a short process and high efficiency has good prospects for development.
