摘　　要：随着研究生规模的不断扩大,导致研究生管理遇到了新的挑战。本文分析了研究生的特点,阐述了研究生管理现状及面临的问题。并针对这些问题提出了研究生管理的新模式,以提高研究生的管理效率和水平。The postgraduate management meets new challenges with expansion of postgraduate enrollment. The Paper analyses characteristics of postgraduate, and states management status and problems of postgraduate management, and new model has been raised to solve these problems to improve efficiency and level of postgraduate management.
