经皮白环俞电脑中频治疗混合痔术后疼痛的护理观察

摘　　要：目的观察经皮白环俞电脑中频治疗混合痔术后疼痛的护理方法及效果,总结其临床价值。方法选取2009年6月～2011年6月80例混合痔术后疼痛的患者,均采取经皮白环俞电脑中频治疗,并按照护理模式随机分为观察组(针对性护理)和对照组(常规护理),各40例,观察比较两组护理效果。结果两组护理前后的疼痛程度有明显差异,其中观察组疼痛缓解程度更为显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论经皮白环俞电脑中频治疗混合痔术后疼痛效果明显,配以针对性的护理,能够进一步缓解术后疼痛。Objective To observe the percutaneous baihuanshu computer intermediate frequency in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain nursing method and its effect,summarize its clinical value.Methods In our hospital from 2009June to2011 June,80 patients with mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain of patients,adopt percutaneous baihuanshu computer intermediate frequency treatment,and in accordance with the patterns of care were randomly divided into the observation group（targeted nursing） and control group（usual care）,40 cases in each,were compared between the two groups of nursing effect.Results The two groups of nursing before and after the pain intensity difference,in which the observed degree of pain relief is more significant（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion Percutaneous baihuanshu computer intermediate frequency in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain significantly,with targeted nursing,can further alleviate postoperative pain..
