缓释、控释药物制剂的使用现状分析及应用进展

摘　　要：目的观察缓、控释药物的临床应用情况,总结其研究应用进展。方法对2009年10月～2010年5月门诊就诊的67例患者进行问卷调查和病例采集,调查缓控释药物临床使用情况。结果缓、控释药物的临床使用率不高,临床上使用的缓、控释药物主要是治疗心血管疾病,糖尿病,和呼吸系统疾病的药物。结论缓控释药物虽然在临床上的使用范围有一定的局限性,但对于部分慢性、迁延性的疾病,是一种较好的治疗药物。Objective Observation of slow,controlled release drug clinical application,summarizes the research progress and application.Methods Totally 67 patients feom Oct 2009 to May 2010 were included in the investigation.The collections of the clinical cases and questionnaires are to research the utilization of the drug delayed release system and controlled release system.Results The drug delayed and controlled release system are not used widespreadly,and there are drugs treating the cardiovascular diseases,diabetes,respiratory disease.Conclusion Controlled release drugs while on clinical use range has some limitations,but for some chronic,persistent disease,is a kind of better therapeutic drug.
