摘 要:目的探讨不同健康教育模式下对糖尿病(CD)患者自我管理水平的影响。方法选取180例为研究对象,将本组患者随机性地均分为对照组与研究组,向对照组提供传统的分次健康教育的方式来进行健康教育,向研究组提供短期集中强化糖尿病健康教育+后续电话随访,对上述两组患者的糖尿病健康知识的掌握以及自我管理等方面进行对比。结果研究组对糖尿病的知识水平以及自我管理水平的提高要明显地高于对照组,且二者呈现出显著的统计学差异,P<0.01。结论对糖尿病患者提供短期的集中强化的糖尿病健康教育对于提高患者的自我管理具有十分重要的作用和效果,应该对此方法加以推广并运用。Objective To explore the different health education mode on diabetes mellitus(CD) patients self management level influence.Methods Select 180 cases as the object of study,the patients were randomly divided into control group and to study group,control group withtraditional to the trip disease health education way to conduct health education,to study group to provide short-term intensive diabetes health education and follow-up network follow-up,the two groups of patients diabetes health knowledge and self-management were compared.Results The study group on diabetic knowledge level and self management level rise to be significantly higher than that of control group,and the two difference showed significant difference,P〈0.01.Conclusion The patients with diabetes to provide short-term intensive diabetes health education to improve patient self management plays an important role and effect,should this method to popularize and use.
