摘　　要：通过对湘钢一烧 2号烧结机漏风率的测试 ,根据其测试结果 ,通过分析讨论 ,从密封位置、润滑系统、维护与管理等方面提出了一系列降低漏风率的对策 ,为烧结工序的增产节能 ,降低生产成本 ,提高经济效益提供了一条行之有效的途径。A series of counter measures to reduce the air leakage rate involving the sealing device, labrication system and maintenance and repair as well as management have been put forward so as to find out an effective road to an increase in the productivity, energy saving, cost reduction and improvement in the economical efficiencies for the sintering machines through repeated tests on the air leakage rate of No.1 and No.2 Sintering Machines at Xiangtan Iron & Steel Corp and careful analysis on the testing results.
