摘　　要：从温度、成份、流股等方面对低合金结构钢圆锭纵裂纹形成的机理作了较为详细的研究 ,找出了控制圆锭纵裂纹的有效方法 ,对降低质量成本有所裨益。The mechanism of Longitudinal crack formation has been studied in detail in the round ingot of low alloy structural steel from aspects of temperature, compositions and fluid flow. At the same time the effective measures of controlling the longitudinal cracks in the round ingot are put forward, which are more benefitial to quality cost reduction.
