摘　　要：以扁头及叉头等强度为目标 ,建立了滑块式万向接轴优化设计的数学模型 ,据此确定了轧辊直径为 1 0 0～ 2 0 0mm时万向接轴主要尺寸及其承载能力与轧辊直径的关系式。A mathematic model for optimal design of the slide block type universal joint spindle has been built up with the equal strength of flat head and fork head as its primary purpose and a relationship between the main dimensions and bearing capacity of the universal joint spindle and the diameter of the roll also determined with the help of the model.
