摘　　要：针对继电保护整定值校验工作中存在的试验仪器功能不完善、现场手工计算效率低等问题,开发了基于Java 2 Micro Edition(J2ME)的继电保护调试辅助软件。该软件把复合电压的计算、主变压器比率差动保护制动特性曲线的理论边界点计算和斜率校验等编译成能在手机上运行的Java程序,适用于保护装置复合电压闭锁和比率差动保护的现场整定值校验。在广东电网公司揭阳供电局的实际应用效果说明该软件测试结果正确,使用便捷,能提高工作效率。Aiming at incomplete functions of testing apparatus and low efficiency of calculation in verifying relaying protection settings, supporting software for relaying protection debugging based on .lava 2 Micro Edition （.12ME） is developed. The software translates and edits calculation of mixed voltage, calculation of theoretical boundary point of brake characteristic curve of transformer ratio and slope verification into Java program on cell phones, which is suitable for verifying setting value of mixed voltage locking and differential protection of protection devices. The application of the software in Jieyang Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation shows that it is precise in test, convenient to use and can improve work efficiency.
