摘  要:过热蒸汽吞吐相比普通湿蒸汽吞吐能够大幅度提高浅薄层超稠油油藏的开发效果,是提高该类油藏采收率的有效途径。建立浅薄层超稠油油藏三维地质模型,进行过热蒸汽吞吐数值模拟研究,确定了不同油层埋藏深度和油汽比条件下的厚度下限;研究原油产量与原油粘度的关系,确定了过热蒸汽吞吐原油粘度上限,并进行注采参数优化研究,优选出最佳的周期注汽量、注汽速度、焖井时间和最大排液量。从井楼油田过热蒸汽吞吐试验区的实施效果看,取得了显著的成效,大大增加了该类油藏的技术可采储量。Superheated steam soak could greatly improve development effect in shallow thin and extra-heavy oil reservoirs compared to common stream soak,and it was an effective approach to enhance oil recovery.A 3D geological model was established for shallow and thin extra heavy oil reservoirs for a numerical simulation of superheated steam soaks,the low thickness limits of different reservoir burial depths and oil-gas ratio,the relation between oil production and oil viscosity was studied and the upper viscosity limit of the superheated steam soaks was determined and the injector-producer parameters were optimized,thus the optimal cyclic steam injecting volume,injection velocity,soak time and the largest liquid displacement rate.Seeing from the experiment of superheated steam soak in Jinglou Oilfield,obvious effect is achieved and technical recoverable reserves are improved in the oilfield.
