摘 要:江汉油区历经多年开采,受油井含水高、地层压降大等不利因素的影响,地层亏空、负压严重,油井普遍严重出砂。而常规水力冲砂技术往往造成入井液大量漏失进入地层,使冲砂液不能建立循环,同时还可能造成严重的地层伤害。低密度泡沫液冲砂技术的使用受到地层压力系数的限制,压力超低井冲砂成功率不高。鉴于此,江汉油区改进了水力喷射负压冲砂工艺技术,通过优选封隔器及优化设计同心双管结构等,实现了地层压力超低油井的有效清砂。同时,通过自主攻关研究机械负压捞砂工艺技术,设计了Ф90mm小口径捞砂泵以及多种捞砂锥,在负压、水敏等出砂油井应用效果良好,有效克服了这类井的井筒清砂难题,同时取得了多项捞砂技术突破。Influenced by high water cut in oil wells and dropdown of formation pressure,the problems of strata deficit,serious negative pressure and severe sand production in oil wells were induced in Jianghan Oilfield after long-years of production.However,conventional hydraulic blasting technology made the injected liquid lost in the formation instead of circulation,and caused serious formation damage.In consideration of the problems stated above,the technique of hydraulic blasting and sand washing was improved in the oilfield,by optimizing the packer and optimized design of concentric and dual tubing structure,the technology of hydraulic jetting and negative pressure sand washing was implemented in Jianghan Oilfield.At the same time,sand pump of Ф90mm small-caliber and a variety of bailing cone were designed through independent research on the mechanical negative pressure bailing technology and good effect was obtained in application.The result shows that good effect on sandy wells of negative pressure and water sensitivity are achieved for solving the problem of sand washing and breakthrough is made in bailing technology.
