摘 要:针对胜利油田沾3断块开发难度日益增加的状况,通过激活地层内源微生物来达到提高原油采收率的目的。经过室内物模试验,得到具有较强针对性的激活体系,激活后菌浓能提高4个数量级,而硫酸盐还原菌被有效抑制,物模驱油试验能在水驱基础上提高采收率7%以上。为了验证室内研究获得的激活剂在实际油藏中的激活效果,采取油井单井吞吐的方式,在沾3断块沾3-26井、沾3-X24井、沾3-25井3口油井开展内源微生物现场激活试验。结果表明,油藏内源微生物均被大量激活,其中沾3-26井激活后细菌总量从102个/ml提高到106个/ml,乙酸根离子浓度由试验前的35mg/L上升到554mg/L,另外2口油井也取得了较好的激活效果。现场激活试验结果为沾3块实施内源微生物驱油技术奠定了基础。In consideration of the serious problem of development in Shaojia Block Zhan 3 of Shengli Oilfield,activated indigenous microbes were used to enhance oil recovery.According to the laboratory physical simulation,an effective activation system was established,by which more than 7% of oil recovery ratio was risen in the simulation test,compared with water flooding.The density of microbes was enhanced for four orders of magnitude,meanwhile the SRB was inhibited.In addition,the single well huff and puff was carried out in Well Zhan 3-26,Well Zhan 3-X24 and Well Zhan 3-25.The results show that the most of indigenous microbes are activated.The concentration of acetate was increased from 35mg/L to 554mg/L,while the density of microbes increased from 102 to 106 cell/ml in Well Zhan 3-26.The concentration of acetate ion was enhanced from 35 mg/L to 554 mg/L,good results are also obtained in other 2 wells.The experiment result provides a foundation for the indigenous microorganism flooding in Block Zhan 3.
