摘  要:水平井规模化开发过程中化学堵水能够有效抑制底水锥进和边水突进,但暴露出相关参数仅能参照直井堵水经验等问题。从不同填充状态下堵剂在圆管中的流动型态着手,通过水动力学理论和物理模型模拟了堵剂2种不同流动情况,并以算例形式探讨了2种顶替模式。分析认为堵剂粘度和注入流量分别决定其流动型态和速度分布,从而直接影响后续顶替过程,并抓住流量对顶替的影响,发现当注入流量大于等于临界流量时顶替效率较高。通过砂岩油藏水平井化学堵水先导性试验,矿场应用符合堵水注入工艺设计,获得了显著的降水增油效果,为优化水平井堵水注入工艺和丰富堵水施工设计理论提供了支持和参考。As an effective way of water controlling,the scale of chemical water shut-off could be effectively inhibit bottom water coning and edge water breakthrough,but there existed the problem of referring to the experience of water plugging in straight wells.From the study of different filling modes of flow patterns in around tubings,the theory of hydrodynamics and physical model were used for simulating 2 different flow patterns,and the 2 displacement modes were discussed with examples.Analysis shows that its viscosity and injection volume can determine the flow patterns and velocity distribution,it would directly influence displacement,and based on the influence of flow rate on the displacement,it reveals that the highest displacement efficiency is obtained as the injecting rate is bigger than that of critical flow rate.Through a pilot test of chemical plugging agent in horizontal wells in sandstone reservoirs,it indicates that the result of field test is consistent with that of process design,the effect of water reduction and oil increment is obvious,it provides a support and reference for water plugging and enriching the theoretical design of water-plugging operation in horizontal wells.
