摘 要:细菌繁殖和Fe2+暴氧产生沉淀是造成注水水质二次恶化的主要原因。针对江汉油田老二站污水高含铁、SRB(硫酸盐还原菌)等细菌的水质特点,在水处理工艺流程前端不添加杀菌剂,使SRB在流程前段繁殖,利用SRB代谢产生的S2-与水体中Fe2+结合产生FeS沉淀以除去水体中铁离子。现场试验结果表明,合理调整杀菌工艺,水处理工艺末端水体含铁量由原来的48mg/L降为10mg/L左右、铁离子去除率由20%上升到83.3%,SRB的除铁作用明显。SRB对油田高含铁污水具有良好的净化作用。Bacteria reproduction and sedimentation generated by Fe2+ for aeration were the main reasons for the secondary deterioration of injection water quality.The characteristics of water quality in Lao'er Station of Jianghan Oilfield was high content of the iron,SRB and other bacteria.In view of the above characteristics,the measures taken were that fungicides wasn't added in the front of water treatment process,which made SRB reproduce,then S2-produced by SRB metabolism combined with Fe2+ existed in oilfield water produced FeS to remove iron ions in water.The result of field experiments show through reasonable adjustment of sterilization process,SRB has obvious effect of removing iron and good purification for high iron oilfield water that the content of iron in the end of the water treatment process reduces from 48 mg/L to 10 mg/L,the removal rate of iron increases from 20% to 83.3%.
