摘　　要：通过文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法对我国社会体育专业毕业生对口就业现状及其削约因素和对策进行研究。结论认为，该专业对口就业形势不客乐观，存在社会需求、学校培养两方面主要制约因素，应从加强理论研究、改革课程设置、强化实践训练、提高创业能力、加强就业指导方面进行应对。through using the method of literature,expert interviews and other research methods of Chinese social sports professional graduates’ employment present situation and restriction factor and countermeasure research.Conclusion professional counterparts,the employment situation is not optimistic,the existence of social demand,school culture two aspects basical y restricts an element,should strengthen theoretical research,reform of course setup,strengthen practice and training,improve the entrepreneurial capacity,strengthen employment guidance to deal with.
