摘 要:对甘蓝型油菜四种纯合芥酸基因型的双列杂交F_1、F_2和回交世代,按Hayman—Jinks方法进行了分析。t^2检验、b(Wr,Vr)回归分析及Wr—Vr的方差分析都表明,双列杂交F_1、F_2及回交世代的芥酸含量均不存在非等位基因互作,符合加性显性模型。加性效应占绝对优势,显性作用较小。F_1代和回交世代其显性效应达显著水平,F_2代不显著,显性度为0.05—0.11,显性方向为正。芥酸存在一定的母性影响,其中又以F_1代最为明显。芥酸的广义和狭义遗传力均高,除回交世代的狭义遗传力为96.8%外,其余均达99%以上。Diatlel crosses were carried out among four homozygous genotypes of erucic acid in Brassica napus L.. The analysis of variance of Wr-Vr, the statistic t2 and the regressi on of Wr on Vr revealed that there were no non-allelic interacti ons in the inhertance of erucic acid and the additive-dominance model was adequate for this acid in F1, F2 and backcross progenies of diallel cross. The additive effect was predominant and the dominance was very small but significant in F1 and backcross progenies, insignificant in Fe. The degree of dominance-ranged from 0.05 to 0.11 and the direction of dominance was positive. The con-ent of erucic acid was also influenced by maternal effects and the degree nflui-tenced was more obivous in F1. The estimates of broad and narrow heritability of erucic acid were very high and up to 99%, which indicated that environment had no significant effects on the erucic acid content.
