摘　　要：章学诚是清代著名的史学家、目录学家和方志学家,被梁启超誉我国方志学的奠基人。章学诚对方志的性质、内容、体例、材料收集、修志机构的设立、修志组织者与修志者之间的关系与职责分工等方面阐发了前人未及之论,使方志成为一门专门的学问----方志学存立于世。章学诚在方志学方面既有理论的创新,又有实践成果,他主修或参修了十多部省、州、县志的编撰工作,提出了"志乃史体"、"志立三书"、议立"志科"主张,为我国方志学的建立与发展做出了突出贡献。Zhang Xuecheng is a famous historian and bibliographer and Chorographical experts in Qing Dynasty.He discusses the nature,content,style,material collection of chorography,establishment of chorography organization,assignment and the relationship between the organizer and the members of chorography compiling,which makes the chorography a special discipline.Zhang Xuecheng achieved a lot in theory and practice innovation.He compiled over ten local chronicles for the provinces and cities and countries,and presented ＂chorography in historical style＂ etc.,which makes great contribution to the construction and development of Chinese chorography.
