摘　　要：文章对电力作业人员安全技术培训工作进行了分析，介绍了开展电力安全培训工作的几条思路，指出电力安全培训工作是电力生产的重中之重，必须多方面、多层次、多角度地抓好培训工作，安全培训必须贴近企业深入调查研究，注重信息加大培训力度；继续完善安全培训体系，不断提高安全培训质量。power operating personnel safety training, analysis, introduced a few ideas to carry out electrical safety training, pointing out that the electrical safety training is a top priority of theelectricity production must be multifaceted, multi - level, multi - angleto grasp the training, safety training must be close to the businessdepth investigations and studies focus on information to invest heavily in training; continue to improve the safety training system, and continuously improve the quality of safety training.
