针刺合松郁安神方治疗肝郁化火型不寐40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺申脉、照海合松郁安神方治疗肝郁化火型不寐的疗效。方法选择肝郁化火型不寐患者120例,随机分为针刺组、中药组、针药结合组各40例,采用自身对照方法观察治疗前后阿森斯睡眠量表(Athens)的变化。结果治疗4周后,Athens睡眠量表评分和不寐疗效判定提示针药组疗效优于中药组和针刺组。结论针刺申脉、照海穴合松郁安神方治疗肝郁化火型不寐疗效确切。Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncturing at Shenmai （BL62） and Zhaohai （KI6） combined with Songyu Anshen decoction. Methods 120 patients were selected randomly according to the diagnosis criteria of insomnia with fire derived from stagnation of liver-Qi type and assigned to acupuncture group （n=40）, Chinese medicine group （n=40） and acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group （n=40）. Self-contrast method was used to observe the changes of Athens＂ Records and curative effect of insomnia before and after the treatment. Results After 4 weeks, the changes of Athens＂ Records and curative effect of insomnia suggested that the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group was better than that of Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group respectively. Conclusion Acupuncturing at BL62 and KI6 combined with Songyu Anshen decoction has good curative ef- fect for insomnia with fire derived from stagnation of liver-Qi type.
