摘 要:在甘蔗收获机螺旋扶蔗器与甘蔗的相互作用关系中,建立输送段与甘蔗摩擦模型,结合甘蔗扶起试验,获得甘蔗在扶起过程中不跌落的条件。结果表明:无叶甘蔗的摩擦系数比有叶甘蔗小,甘蔗在扶起过程中跌落2~3次,扶起时间为6.5 s;有蔗叶甘蔗在扶起过程中很少跌落,扶起时间为4.5 s,螺旋扶蔗器对有叶蔗的扶起效果比无叶蔗的显著。The role of friction was concerned when analyzing the interaction between spiral lifting component of sugarcane harvester and the sugarcane for establishment of a friction-helix model for sugarcane convection. Combined friction coefficient measurement with lifting test, the condition escaping the dropping of sugarcane during the lifting process was discovered. The results showed that the friction coefficient of sugarcane without leaves was less than that of sugarcane with leaves, and it took 6.5 s for lifting of the sugarcane without leaves, during which the sugarcane dropped 2-3 times. While for sugarcane with leaves, it took only 4.5 s for lifting, and the sugarcane seldom dropped. Thus the lifting effect was more outstanding for sugarcane with leaves than that for those without leaves.
