摘　　要：在电力企业中提出采用Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ／Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ技术，建立基于Ｂ／Ｓ模式的用电管理信息系统，介绍其体系结构，分析其主要特点。This paper presents the electricity-utilization MIS based on Browser/Server model developed by using Internet/Intranet technique. Its Architecture is researched and designed. Its main character is discussed.
